I’m Rod, born and raised in the heart of East Texas in the city of rose capital of the U.S.
I indulge a little bit in the culinary world such as smoking meats, cooking Sunday southern cuisines, seafood boils, Friday evening fish fry and baking cakes.
My latest niche has been creating hot sauce. Years ago, I started small—with just three pepper plants. Initially using peppers I've grown to make simple pepper sauces. One day I wanted to challenge myself by creating something more unique.
Today, my hobby has grown into a thriving passion. I now care for multiple species of pepper plants. From selecting peppers with variations of heat and flavor, to crafting my own signature sauces. From pepper to bottle, the process is handcrafted with care and all organic ingredients.
Whether I’m perfecting my sauces, tending my garden, or firing up the smoker, I’m all about creating something I can share with others. There’s nothing better than combining good food, cocktails, good company, and a little spice!
